It all begins with the reasons you hate your house. A strong statement, I know, but living in something that frustrates you, that’s poorly designed, and doesn’t elevate your emotional well-being–is the reason we’re here!
Dream it.
Tell us your ideal. How do you live in each space you are thinking of renovating? Who lives and uses the spaces with you? How are these rooms used in our digital age of multi-functioning rooms?
Then we make a plan.
Design it.
We start with coming out to take measurements of your space. We get a good look and feel of the size and flow of the space. We then source materials, appliances, and hardware. We like to use the best quality materials and what we cannot find in the market we create with our locally curated set of artisans. We always create custom countertop slabs, cabinets, and typically hand-designed and handmade tile backsplash. We send you samples for the “touch and feel” test and once we have your approval we create photo-quality renderings of the space.
The renderings are the crucial ingredient. They are not only beautiful, but they are functional representations of the final product. The renderings focus on the measurements, location, and zoning of the details of the space, finishes, and workflow. Once these are approved, we place the order for materials and get them shipped directly to your house.
A blueprint of every detail leaves nothing to question.
Build it.
Once we have completed our punch list, we hand it to your contractor to start construction. We have a design meeting walk-thru with the construction team to discuss the placement of cabinets, and countertops and even down to the fine details of which drawer pullers go on each drawer. We are here to make sure the home we have designed specifically for you is the home you get.
